- "User," "You" refers to the client purchasing our AI chatbot development services.
- "Service" refers to the design, customization, integration, and deployment of AI chatbots.
- We provide fully customized AI chatbot development, including training on user-provided data, integration with preferred platforms, and ongoing support.
- The chatbot can be deployed on platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, Websites, Shopify, and other custom environments as agreed.
- Users must provide necessary infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Firebase, OpenAI API or any preferred LLM API) for hosting and deployment.
- We do not provide hosting services; we assist in deploying the chatbot to your environment.
- Upon full payment, the source code of the chatbot is licensed exclusively to you for personal or business use.
- You have full control over modifications, integrations, and future enhancements.
- The license is non-transferable—you cannot resell or redistribute the chatbot source code without written permission.
- We retain rights over proprietary methodologies used in chatbot training and optimization.
- You agree to use the chatbot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You are responsible for securing necessary API keys, cloud hosting, and third-party integrations.
- You must ensure that any uploaded training data (e.g., PDFs, Excel files) does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Payment must be made as per the agreed-upon invoice.
- Due to the nature of custom software development, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
- If a project is canceled before development begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- We are not liable for third-party API failures (e.g., OpenAI downtime, AWS disruptions).
- The chatbot's performance depends on your chosen LLM and hosting infrastructure; we do not guarantee specific AI accuracy rates.
- We are not responsible for any misuse, modification, or unintended consequences of the chatbot after deployment.
- We do not store or access user-provided data beyond the development phase.
- Training data and chatbot logs are hosted in your infrastructure and are under your control.
- We implement best security practices but are not responsible for data breaches on third-party services.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes.
- Continued use of AddBot AI services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- We may terminate services if there is a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal use of the chatbot.
- Users can discontinue services at any time, but no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before legal action is pursued.
